FdSkillsFit Is a personal training Bussines looking to help you to reach full potential in any aspect of the game. Fitness/Technical/Tactical.

It’s time to get to know your strengths and weaknesses and become a real champion. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been devoted to personal growth and this has inspired me to help others grow as well. That’s why I created my training plans to motivate, challenge, and show you that when it finally gets easier, you will know that you’ve become stronger.

Now we are also  implementing  a few world class equipments like  the Cone, Yoyo, Wheeler Rack, wheeler jump and other devices that use an advanced technology to provide a unique form of resistance training that is highly effective in building strength and power, and reducing the risk of injury by training the neuromuscular system directly. Equipoments that are being use all around the soccer world.

In addition we also offers a wide range of neuromuscular training and assessment with  devices that can measure muscle activation, force production, and other key performance metrics, as well as training  designed to improve balance, coordination, and agility and  jumping sensor that can assess 8 different complete tests on the vertical jump,  helping you to push the boundaries of what is possible when measuring and improving the athletic performance.

Soccer Functional Training

Functional training for soccer players is a Training for a specific position or area of the field (like forwards, outside midfield, etc).

Functional training (Attacking Functional Sessions) & (Defending Functional Sessions) involves training or practicing the specific demands of a position or a role. This can be for an individual player, or for a unit (i.e. defense).

For example, we may run a functional training session for forward play, dealing specifically how two forwards work together in the attacking third.

Functional training should take place in the area of the field where that scenario would occur in a real game.

Defending Functional Drills

Functional soccer training for specific defending positions in soccer (like centre defenders, outside backs, etc).
Functional training involves training or practicing the specific demands of a position or a role. This can be for an individual player, or for a unit (i.e. defense). 

Examples of defending functional practice would be:

  • 1 v 1 defending.

  • Understand man to man vs zonal defending. 

  • Defending Wide Areas.

  • Coach Central Defenders to Defend Direct Play. 

  • Defending Crosses.

Attacking Functional Drills

Functional soccer training for specific attacking positions (like centre forwards, wingers, attacking mid-fielders etc).

Functional soccer training involves training or practicing the specific demands of a position or a role. This can be for an individual player, or for a unit (i.e. attack). 

Examples of attacking functional soccer practices would be:

  • 1 v 1 Attacking skills.

  • Angles of support.

  • Movements off the ball to create goal opportunities.

  • Technical skills.
