I always really liked Felipes leadership style because he have so much passion. It was easy to have motivation for every game and practice because I always knew how bad He wanted us to find success. I always knew how much he cared about the whole team. Also, He were really good at explaining things by showing, rather than just telling me what to do. He lead by example using actions and walking through things more than words which I think is a lot more effective. It made it easy for me to know what he expected. As always WE GO FOR THE DREAM
